How to order

1. Click on the center image on the homepage.

2. The image will take you to the place where you can place an order of your shoe.

3. Select the size of the item you want and check out.

4. After all the necessary information has been verified, an invoice will be sent to your email.

Return/Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation:
Email us and send us a copy of the invoice of the order you would like to cancel within 2 days of the time of your purchase.

2. Return:
To return an item, it must be within 7 days of the received date.
There will be a penalty charge of 20% of the order amount that we will keep for restocking fee.
Shipping & handling fees must be paid by the buyer.
The condition of the item must be the same as when it was received. We reserve the right to deny any refunds if the shoe is damaged in anyway upon shipment.
The original sales slip must be attached to the item.
We will review the item and then send out an email. The contents of which would entail whether or not the item is refundable or exchangeable. If the item is refundable or exchangeable further information will be given.

3. Defect :
All items will be checked carefully to ensure that there will be no defects. If you would like additional images of your product, please email us ASAP so that we do not send out your shipment until you have confirmed it.
